We are seeking a Help Desk IT Support person to join our team.
Entry Level Position.
Open to Part-time or Full-time.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary technical assistance for user's hardware and software while on-site at an organization in Freeland, PA
Resolve issues for users via remote or deskside help.
Relay more difficult issues to our Engineers at CMA.
Track user issues and resolutions for weekly reports.
Qualifications:
Some experience in IT with PCs, Printers, Active Directory, email and Wireless.
Recent education considered.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Description of our client's support:
There is an administrative staff and then general users at a single location totaling about 60 users.
Our company is monitoring and providing remote support for the servers and network equipment as needed.
A local helpdesk person is desirable for quick response.
Technician would report to our company’s field manager while responding to the needs of the organization’s staff.
Skills required are a working knowledge of Workstations, Active Directory, email, Windows 10 and wireless network.
Salary will depend on your knowledge and experience level.
