The Cayenne Turbo models in this year range (‘05, ‘06, ‘07) are online for $10,000-$15,000.
And there are very few of them available.

com, there are less than 8 available within a 500-mile radius that are priced under $20,000.
This is a good fit for someone who can do their own work.
Used transmissions with a warranty are available online for $700 – $1000.

After repair, you will be able to own this for much less than what you can buy them for online with a good transmission.
And overall, they will not be in the same cosmetic condition as this vehicle.
