Work Van - Cargo - 2013 Chevy Express Ext 2500 - $8,300 (Macungie)

Extended length great for extra storage/capacity.
Work Van that runs great and controls and A/C are all working great.
Looks great from distance but has rust on bottom of sidepanels and mechanic mentioned frame rust as an issue.
Tire pressure monitor system does not work.
Used for a painting company so inside is used hard.
Check Engine light was on for code P0442 evap emission small leak.
Passes emmisions test and check engine light was cleared (but nothing done about the P0442 code - mechenic said it could be as simple as a loose gas cap) 2 shelving systems will be included with van.
Edmunds lists private party value at $9400 for "good" condition and $8,400 for "fair" condition so it is priced to sell right underneath that.
Retail value would be $10k+
