Overview:
Lutron is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Treasury Team out of our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day treasury activities to sustain business operations and for designing new solutions to bring in company-wide cost savings capabilities.
Additionally, you will leverage your problem-solving and collaboration skills to drive longer-term projects that will support overall efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
Support daily Treasury activities such as tracking cash balances, approving payments, and monitoring the shared Treasury inbox
Scope and execute digital transformation projects in Treasury and Finance
Drive company-wide initiatives to help save costs or create efficiencies
Design and propose comprehensive solutions that align with customer needs
Effectively collaborate with internal/external teams to develop solutions and execute projects
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously using effective time management skills
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Adhoc analysis related to company cash balances and monthly fees
Create workflows, process documentation, and assist in knowledge management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Certificate in Project Management is a plus
0 – 4 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel)
