Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and pricing
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical challenges
- Utilize transportation management systems and GPS to track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department by achieving individual and team goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
- Proficiency in using quickbooks or similar software for order processing and tracking
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
