Data Entry and Customer Relations

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a data entry clerk and customer service representative.
In this position you will be using software and email to enter incoming orders, resolve discrepancies, and respond to customer inquiries.
Duties: * Enter data from customer purchase orders to provide information to engineering * Contact customers regarding * Verify and correct any errors in piece count, weights, or heat treat information * Transcribe information from source documents into the appropriate format * Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times * Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computerized systems * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred, but not required Benefits: * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company We are a growing small business that is excited to offer this opportunity to someone looking to join our team.
