We are sales-oriented company seeking an experienced, results driven Customer Service Representative.
All Brand Appliance Parts has been providing brand name products, expert technical knowledge and superior customer service to the appliance parts industry since 1971.
We own and operate eight locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
Our shipping coverage is primarily from Virginia to Maine, but we regularly ship orders to all 50 states and Canada.
*Job Description*
All Brand Appliance Parts Inc.
is looking for a self-motivated Customer service representative to join our counter team to assist customers in person and by phone.
You will be checking parts in from suppliers, locating parts on shelves and preparing customer orders for pick up or shipment.
You thrive on building strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent (and fun!) experience every time.
Your passion to go above and beyond for our customers and strong attention to detail is essential in this role!
We are open from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
*Requirements*
⦁ Excellent people skills – Being a people person is a must!
⦁ Appliance parts experience a plus, but not required
⦁ Experience with handling multiple phone calls at a time
⦁ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
⦁ Energetic with a positive attitude that is conscientious, enthusiastic, articulate, and possesses a professional attitude to handle a fast-paced work environment.
⦁ Effective team player that works well with others.
⦁ Solid computer skills required

*Job Responsibilities*
⦁ Greet customer with a warm, receptive attitude.
⦁ Determine customer replacement appliance parts, according to inspection or verbal/description of the old part and/or model schematic.
⦁ Provides customer product and service needs by performing such tasks as finding products using computer, catalog, telephone or other reference sources.
⦁ Recommends and orders both catalog listed and unlisted products for customers; recognizes products most commonly purchased by customers, resolves commonly-encountered technical problems, responds to incoming sales calls, and addresses customer complaints.
⦁ Processes customer transactions by entering and printing orders; balancing cash drawers; creating credit invoices; processing pick/pack orders; and processing will-call backorders.
⦁ Maintains image of our company by maintaining a clean, neat and orderly store.
