Department Manager

We are a NEW STORE planning to open in April 2024, in the Dublin Shopping center.
We are currently hiring in advance to train our staff before the opening.

Ace is the Helpful Hardware Place! ```Job Duties``` - Oversee the daily operations of the department, including sales, customer service, stocking and merchandising.
- complete and update planograms, maintain orderly shelf conditions and stock product as needed.
- Complete opening and closing duties, oversee other associates and store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as necessary - Collaborate with other department managers and store managers to optimize store operations -Investigate out of stocks, monitor ad merchandise levels, and manage ad presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.

```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a leadership or operations role - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities - Possess excellent problem solving and customer service skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
