Full Time Assistant Retail Manager

*Phantom Fireworks *is the industry leader of retail sales of consumer fireworks.
We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our Retail Management team at our showroom in *Allentown, PA.
* No previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary.
We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, merchandising and sales.
*This position is full-time, year-round.
* The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience: * 2 – 3 years of Retail Experience * Ability to manage a large number of employees at once as well as ability to work alone * Must have experience in cash control procedures * Must have flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays and extended hours during increased sales season.
* Must be able to multi-task, and work well in high pressure situations * Must possess strong written and oral communication skills * Should have basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Candidate must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
