Grocery Clerk

*Job Summary:* Stocks, refills and rotates product in the grocery/dairy/frozen foods/health & wellness departments.
Builds and merchandises displays.
Breaks down product loads and organizes the shelves.
Conditions department through facing, straightening and checking dates.
Completes general maintenance of department.
Assists guests with product information and/or services.
*Job Accountabilities:* * Assist in unloading merchandise, transport and stock merchandise * Shelf-management (checking product dates, cleaning, etc.
) * Open cartons and price items accurately (if needed) * Keep store shelves fully stocked according to tag allocations * Assist in building store displays * Maintain perishable merchandise rotated and remove out-of-code product as needed * Control levels of damaged goods * Maintain neat appearance according to company policy * Assist with front-end service when needed * Assist guests with needs *Job Qualifications:* Education: High school or equivalent combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
