- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about the company's custom clothing offerings.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the showroom calendar.
2.
\*\*Appointment Management:\*\*
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients.
- Ensure the showroom is prepared and organized for client visits.
- Welcome and assist clients during their showroom appointments.
3.
\*\*Assistance to Company Owner:\*\*
- Act as a supportive assistant to the owner, handling administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing the owner's schedule and appointments.
- Help with any tasks or projects assigned by the owner.
4.
\*\*Customer Service:\*\*
- Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the showroom.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5.
\*\*Showroom Maintenance:\*\*
- Keep the showroom neat, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking showroom items.
6.
\*\*Collaboration:\*\*
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
\*\*Qualifications\*\*:
- Previous experience in a customer service or assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with custom clothing or the fashion industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
