Fit Specialist

The ultimate goal of a fit specialist is to help guests achieve their fitness goals through the proper running shoe and gear.
A fit specialist will need to provide a top-notch, in-store experience for every guest.
They'll need to represent the company as part of the local running community and be willing to be a positive influence.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Greeting every guest in a timely manner and introducing oneself with your name, and making sure they know that we will be helping them with their needs.
-Finding the perfect fit and function for their footwear by using the training provided and one's own experience.
-Helping the guest with any other needs including apparel, accessories and recovery tools to help them achieve their fitness goals.
-Continuing to gain knowledge of the most up-to-date products and procedures using training materials and sessions.
-Maintaining the appearance and sanitation of the store so the guest has the safest, most positive in-store experience.
-Operating the computer system to accurately and quickly cash out the guests.
-Assisting with inventory, including receiving new product and placing product on the sales floor.
-Being able to help with in-store or remote events that are related to the store.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $15.
