Cashier / Receptionist - Part - Time

Immediately hiring a Cashier/Receptionist for our Dodge store in Doylestown, PA! Hours: 3-4 days/week 4-8pm and every other Saturday The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting the Service Department with clerical responsibilities.
Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner Preparing and making deposits Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments Inputting of additional service requests Calculating payments and performing data entry Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work What We Offer Company funded training and leadership programs to help you further your career.
