*Assistant Facility Manager (Full-Time)*
The position of an Assistant Facility Manager involves daily operations in a facility that offers storage space rentals.
The responsibilities include handling onsite payment processing, filing relevant paperwork and invoices, Ensuring Deposits, and legal mailings are properly handled & recorded.
This is an initiate level property management position, that includes completing tasks around the facility, this includes light maintenance, cleaning and contacting contractors for facility repairs.
An Assistant facility manager also interacts with customers & Tenants daily, this sometimes includes selling retail items such as locks, boxes, tape, and other packing items.
*Essential Functions*
Provide Quality and effective customer service, in person, over the phone, and email, with courtesy and understanding to tenants and customers.
Assist with answering questions & troubleshooting.
Accepting payments and handling receivables (Cash, Check, Credit cards)
Explaining the lease and other policy information.
Checking the units locks, and facility grounds.
Cleaning vacated units and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Reporting to facility and district managers.
*Required Skills and Abilities*
General administrative skills such as; Data entry and review, Computer, Phone, & Software skills - Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
Customer service, Attention to detail, Ability to think critically & quickly.
Handy Person skills are a plus.
*Facility Hours*
Mon-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Every other Saturday 8:30am - 2pm (5 Day work week)
