THE POSITION

This position is responsible for leading store teams in driving sales, brand loyalty, setting expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.

You are responsible for implementing and applying policy and procedure to store operations, assigning and evaluating subordinate's work, and promoting good customer relations.
In addition, you are accountable for the entire store operation which includes sales, store maintenance, merchandise and cash accounting, maintenance of records, and all other related functions.
Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 75 hours biweekly Work hours vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Sunday - Saturday.
Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees may be negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A; or Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B; or Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A; or Four years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2; or Four years of lead or supervisory retail sales work.
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation.
An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
