Part Time Manager

Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization - Ensure efficient and effective use of resources - Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals - Monitor and evaluate performance of staff members - Provide leadership and guidance to team members - Coordinate and communicate with other departments within the organization - Manage stock levels and inventory control - Maintain a high level of customer service through phone etiquette and problem-solving skills - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition in the industry - Drive sales growth, particularly in wireless sales - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Perform administrative duties as required Requirements: - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in math for inventory management purposes - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation Note: Additional requirements may be specified by the employer during the application process.
