What we are looking for: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal Esthetician for Bear Creek is a guest service focused individual with the ability to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests.
The successful team member will be able to work with their team as well as individually, have good communication skills, be detail oriented and foster the Bear Creek culture by focusing on our guests.
This position will be an important member of The Spa team contributing to the guest experience by providing professional facials, waxing services and body treatments.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Administer professional facials, waxing services and body treatments, as assigned, to our guests Provide consistent professional facial and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the Spa's policies and procedures Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room/cart as required, notify management of low stock levels Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests or questions from guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management WHAT WE EXPECT FROM ALL BCMR TEAM MEMBERS: Acknowledge all guests and respond promptly to their needs, however busy and whatever time of day.
