Our work environment includes: * Residential job sites across middle bucks * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Lively atmosphere * Positive and creative problem solving Responsibilities: - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard - Measure, cut, and shape wood, and drywall using hand and power tools - Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine the specifications and materials required for a project - Install cabinets, siding, roofing materials, windows, doors, and hardware - Build stairs, decks, and framing structures - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role - Knowledge of various carpentry techniques including frame carpentry and cabinet installation - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry work - Ability to read blueprints and interpret building plans - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements Skills: - Metal stud framing - Frame carpentry techniques - Proficiency with hand tools used in carpentry work - Siding installation knowledge - Cabinet installation skills - Roofing experience is a plus - Masonry skills are a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
