Qualifications
*\*\*2nd and 3rd shift openings\*\**
• The FG Production Operator must be able to strictly follow directions and meet the advanced training requirements mandatory for Food Safety Regulations
• 3-5 years of experience in Food Grade Processing experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety regulations, HAACP, and GMPs
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required
• Must exhibit proactive qualities, take initiative when possible and be self-directed
• Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
Responsibilities
• The Food Grade Operator must function as part of an advanced team and be able to work overtime when required to cover the other shifts, when applicable
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on a cement floor, in an unheated, non-air-conditioned plant
